Product feeders
|
- top feeding screw

Continuous kneader
|
- high performance stroke and reduction gear box for up to 1000 kW drive power

- process chamber 8-24 L/D built up from 4L/D barrel modules: applicable for any
purposes. Each barrel module with one feed port and two heating / cooling
zones, easily adaptable to any process requirement, special designed for expanded product volume intake
|
|
- elemental screw with splined or keyed center shaft in ionitrated stainless
steel, heatable / coolable by rotary joint. Kneader screw configuration according to process
requirements, available also with configuration for expanded volume intake (high
throughput)

|
|
|
|
Cascade diverter connection
|
- Vacuum tight for degassing purposes incl. slice cutting for surface
extending, with automatic diverter flap for automatic unmanned plant
start-up, completely coolable
|
|
|
|
|
Discharge systems
|
- discharge screws with substantially improved cooling capacity, crosshead directly flanged to kneader or as cascade version in line with kneader
- melt pump discharge
|
|
|
|
|
Screen changer
|
- X-Compound applies any type and make of screen changers on customers request and adapts those to the X-Compound manufactured discharge
units, from the simple single plate type to the complete continuous filter system. On request X-Compound will calculate and custom build filtering solutions according to the process
requirements.

|
Pelletising systems
|
- Any pelletising system like the X-Compound manufactured hot or wet die pelletiser as well as
waterring, strand or underwater pelletisers can be adapted to any X-Compound discharge system.
For calender feeding X-Compound manufactured units are available.
